Common questions

How are you paid?

Either a percentage of the plan review fee your jurisdiction collects, or an hourly rate. We match whatever structure your procurement office prefers.

Do you handle engineered structural review?

We review structural code compliance in-house. Engineered systems that need independent calculation checks go to our licensed PE partner under the same contract.

Can you start on short notice for a backlog?

Yes. Overflow contracts can start as soon as portal access is set up, usually within a week of signing.

Who talks to applicants?

Your call. We can answer applicant questions on comments directly, or route everything through your staff.
